Hi! I’m Teshima, the creative force behind DanceandDigital.com. At the age of 13, I discovered my love for dance, and that spark ignited a journey that has shaped me into the dancer I am today.

Currently, my passion lies in the vibrant world of Bachata and Kizomba, where I am immersed in learning and teaching at M&A Dance Lab Studio in Livonia, Michigan. Balancing the roles of student and teacher in the dance community is a fulfilling challenge that keeps me on my toes.

My dance journey is a tapestry of styles, weaving thorough the rich experiences of Detroit Ballroom, Modern/Contemporary Dance, Latin Hustle, Salsa, and Samba. Each style has contributed to the unique rhythm that defines my dance expression.
